Sober at Sixty is a genuine, relatable and courageous journey, as one woman's recognition of being alcohol dependent leads to a decision to embrace sobriety and live life to the full.
This inspiring story shows how alcohol dependency can affect anyone and what starts as a confidence booster and fun with friends can quickly move to a coping mechanism, and a secret solitary daily habit.
It is an honest account of brave vulnerability that offers support and raises awareness.
